Shipping and Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shopforbeachstuff sources products from all over the world. So, shipping timings vary based on your order and where you want the product to be shipped to. Please refer our Shipping Information page for more details.
Once you place an order, we typically ship them within a day or two. To view estimated shipping times for your orders, please click on the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email or visit your Order History and choose "Where's My Package?" for more information. You can track your package's delivery progress at any time from this area.
How can I track my order?
Our products are shipped from countries including the United States, China and Russia.
ePacket - We have found that the website www.17track.net provides reliable tracking information for orders shipped through ePacket, a Chinese mail service provider. You will find the tracking ID in your order history. Please copy and paste it on 17track.net to track your order. Please note that tracking information is not immediately available for products shipped from China. Allow roughly 3-5 days after you receive the shipping confirmation email before tracking your order.
If your order is delivered through USPS, UPS and Fedex, please use the respective websites to track your package.
How much does shipping cost?
ShopforBeachStuff provides free shipping to all 50 states in the United States. Customers have to pay shipping if they live in any other country. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for more details including rates.
Where does my order ship from?
We work with suppliers throughout the world to bring unique products at the most affordable prices. Your product could be shipped from our supplier warehouses in the US or other countries where they are located (example: China).
How do I change my shipping address?
If you placed an order and realized that your shipping address is not correct, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make changes to your order. But if your order has been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot do anything on our part. You may try to work with your local postal office and explain the situation.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return a product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. We will send you a shipping label if your order value is above $50. If the order value is less than $50, please ship the product back to the following address:

Also, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you have shipped the order. Please note that unless you send this email, we will not have any reference as to who sent the order back. Once we receive the order, we will check to make sure that it has not been used and issue a refund.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if the purchase product is defective, it is eligible for an exchange. You can also exchange an item for a different one as long you contact us within 15 days of delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
Please send an email to email@example.com as soon as possible and we will cancel the order. In case the order is fulfilled and dispatched, unfortunately, you need to return the product back to us to get a refund.
What's the status of my refund?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details to know the status of your refund. Our Returns Policy page has more information on how we process your refund.
Can you issue my refund to a different card if my card is canceled, lost, expired, or stolen?
Unfortunately, your refund will go to the same card that you used to purchase our product.
I cancelled my order. How will I receive my refund?
If you cancelled your order before it is fulfilled and shipped, we will process the refund and you should receive it within 3-5 business days. In case the product is dispatched, then you need to wait for the delivery and then return it to us to receive the refund. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
What payment methods does ShopforBeachStuff accept?
We accept most payment methods including all major debit and credit cards by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In addition, we accept payments through Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Paypal.
What currency does ShopforBeachStuff sell in?
ShopforBeachStuff products are sold in United State Dollars.
Do you charge for customs, taxes, VAT, or any other extra fees?
Our taxes are included in the product pricing. So, we do not charge any extra taxes or fees. The product price is what you pay for ordering the product.
How do I change my credit card or payment information?
During the check out process, under the payment information section, you will have the option to change your credit card information including changing the payment method you used. While we may save your credit card information (based on your preference to store it for future purchases), we will not use it as a default payment method and process the order.
How do I get help with my order?
Please send an email to email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours. Please do not forget to include your order number as it is the easiest and fastest way for us to track your order.
Why is my order history empty?
If you have not created an account when placing an order and then created an account later, you won't see your order in the order history under my account. Please click on "View Order" in the Order confirmation email we sent to you and you will be able to track and find the entire information related to your order.
Why didn't my order go through?
Many orders fail due to an incorrect billing address, but there may also be insufficient funds or incorrect CCV information (i.e. expiration date, security code etc.). Always double check your billing information to ensure it is correct. If you want to ship to a different address than your billing address, make sure you check the 'Shipping Address different from Billing Address' box during the checkout process.
If you would like to pay for the order via PayPal, please also be sure that the shipping address in your ShopforBeachStuff account matches the address in your PayPal account.
Please Note: If you are still unable to get your order to go through, you can contact your bank by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card to verify the billing address (or CCV information) your bank has on file or to update it to your new address.
If you still are unable to get the order placed, try using a different card or use PayPal.
Where can I find an invoice for my order?
If you have created a ShopforBeachStuff account, you will find the invoice for all your orders under your Order History. The order number is a clickable link and it will generate your invoice.
If you do not have a ShopforBeachStuff account and have purchased as a guest, please click on the "View Order" in your Order Confirmation email and you will be able to see your order details.

How can I create an account?
Click on the My Account icon on the top right of your homepage (near the Search icon). You will be requested to sign in and just under the sign in area, you will see an option to "Create Account."
How do I unsubscribe from email communications?
You will have the unsubscribe option within the emails you received at the very bottom. Please click and get your email unsubscribed.
How do I change the email address associated with my account?
Please write to us at email@example.com and we will take care of the email address change. Alternately, you can create a new account using your new email ID if you haven't made any purchases on our website yet.
How do I reset my password?
Please click the "Forgot Password" link in the Login page and you will receive an email to your registered email ID to reset the password.

How do I change my phone number?
Please visit your My Account page by logging into your account and click on "View Addresses". Please note that you may not see your phone number though you have stored it. You will have the option to edit the address which also allows you to edit your phone number.
