Returns Policy

Domestic Returns (U.S. including 50 states):

We offer FREE and easy returns on all domestic orders over US $50!

Any brand new product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Support through support@bavnah.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. 

If your order value is less than $50, please reach out to support@bavnah.com with the order number. We will provide you with a return shipping address to send the product back to us in its original packaging. Please note that without an order ID, we do not have a way to track your return and provide you with a refund.

Received a Damaged Item?

Please reach out to our Customer Support through support@bavnah.com within 15 days of product delivery and they will help resolve the issue. We will be happy to replace the item with a new one or provide you with a refund. Please be assured that we want you to be completely satisfied with our product! How long does it take to process my return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24-48 hours.

Once your return has been received by us and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7-10 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please be assured that you will get your refund without any delays on our part. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

After we have issued the refund, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.

International Shipping (all countries other than the US):

Orders placed out of the United States need to be returned to our U.S. address. Customers need to pay for the return shipping.
